The recipient of The Liz Shaw, Club Person of the Year award, is to recognise that person within the club (player or parent/volunteer) who goes that extra mile in what they do for the club.
Nominations for the award need to be submitted on the form below by 23:59 on Sunday 16th October 2022.
A shortlist will be prepared for the Management Committee to then decide the final recipient if no clear winner, based on the reasons for their nomination(s).
