200 Club Rules
Join the Garforth Tigers ARLFC 200 Club Lottery – cash prizes to be won every month!!!
Garforth Tigers will run a 200 club that is open to all members and friends to join. It costs just £2 per
number (in the form of a rugby league team) per month, and each number is entered in the draw every month, with first, second and third receiving cash prizes; eg if there are 200 numbers bought you could win £100 first prize for your monthly £2 stake. The more numbers you buy the bigger the chance of winning!
Half of what is collected goes to Club funds and the other half is given away that month in the PRIZE DRAW.
You can join the 200 Club by paying by cash, cheque or by monthly Direct Debit.
The money raised is used to purchase new equipment and for the general running of the club, so we all benefit.
Rules
1. The "numbers" will be issued on a first come, first served basis and will only be available from the GTRLFC 200 Club committee.
2. Each "number" is deemed to have been reserved for one year commencing May, purchased at £2 per month.
3. The fee for the "number" can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually by Direct Debit, or annually by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to “Garforth Tigers ARLFC”.
4. For each "number" to qualify for a Monthly Draw, the member must have paid-up their fee for the "number" by the 20th of the month in which the draw is to take place.
5. Each "number" purchased will be entered into the monthly Draw for three prizes.
6. There are no restrictions to the quantity of "numbers" purchased by the applicants, but applicants must be 16 years or over to participate.
7. The monthly Draw will take place at each Monthly Club Meeting, unless otherwise notified. Any changes will be published on the club website in the month prior to when the changes are needed.
8. The winners of the prizes will be notified by telephone and email (if applicable) as soon as practicable after the draw.
9. The results of the Monthly Draw will be published on the club website shortly after the draw.
10. The total amount collected for each Monthly Draw will be split 50% to the Monthly Prize Fund and 50% to GTARLFC funds.
11. The Monthly Prize Fund will split into three prizes, one of 60% (first), one of 25% (second) and one of 15% (third).
12. Subscriptions are not normally refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as agreed by the
GTRLFC 200 Club committee, see below.
14. Should the GTARLFC 200 Club be disbanded subscriptions will be returned to members based upon the number of draws that the member has paid for, but not been entered into, for that year. The refund will equal the annual subscription paid, minus one month of the annual subscription for each draw that has taken place in that year.
15. These rules may from time to time be amended as agreed by the GTARLFC 200 Club committee. Revised rules shall not take effect until 1 month after publication of any rule change.
