About us
Garforth Tigers ARLFC is a community based amateur Rugby League Club located in Garforth. Formed in 1980 to provide facilities and competitive and non-competitive Rugby League for boys and girls aged from 3 years upwards; we are a self funding club who rely wholly on support from parents and the local community.
We are an organised, well run club, with all of our coaches being RFL qualified. Garforth Tigers is a fun club for our children and adults whilst being small enough for parents to feel involved in running Rugby League. All of us have a great time whether playing, helping, organising or watching. At the core of our identity is a family atmosphere where our players learn skills through encouragement and good coaching. The Chairman, officials and committee all work on a voluntary basis and are dedicated to building on the current success of the club; expanding the club and its facilities further.

Sponsorship Offer
We have sponsorship opportunities for the 2024 season for our Under 7's and our Tigresses (Girls) team! Both teams have been training only during the 2023 season, the girls played a game of Tag Rugby at our annual gala against our Coaches (and won!!) and our Under 7's played their first game at half time at Headingley Stadium when Leeds Rhino's took on Castleford Tigers. At the same game, our girls had the opportunity to join the Rhino's for a pre-match warm up and gave the players a "guard of honour" as they entered the field. Amazing opportunities all round thanks to our close partnership with Leeds Rhinos Foundation.
