Stalls terms and conditions.....
CONTRACT: A contract to provide a stall/pitch will not be in place until:
The organisers maintain the right to refuse an application.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be made in the event of adverse weather conditions, poor attendance or sales, or in the event of any other circumstances outside the control of the Organisers.
USE OF STALL/PITCH: Once our confirmation has been received, no change of use or addition to your stall/pitch can be made without our written permission in advance.
STALL/PITCH AREA: Stall-holders must not encroach on, or block access to, any other stall/pitch.
BANNED ITEMS: No alcohol as prizes to anybody under the age of 18. NO alcohol for sale. NO guns, catapults or other weapons. NO offensive literature or pictures. NO illegal drugs.
RUBBISH: A condition of stall site application approval is that all rubbish created by selling/advertising/games related to your stall WILL BE CLEARED BY YOUR ORGANISATION.
INSURANCE: The stall-holder will be responsible for insuring their own property and take sensible precautions to guard against its loss or damage.
SAFETY: All stall-holders must take reasonable precautions for themselves and visitors to their stalls, keeping walkways clear of all obstructions, flagpoles, signs, etc
Stall pitch details: The pitches are directly on Glebelands field so the ground may be uneven and wet/damp.
You are responsible for bringing any awnings or gazebos you require for your pitch. Shelters/gazebos must be properly secured with appropriate pins or weights otherwise you will be asked to remove them. Your gazebo and all your products/banners must be positioned inside your marked pitch area. No electricity or lighting is provided
Set up on the day: You will be emailed details about setting up 7-14 days before the Gala..
